Your results will give you a complete insight into your sleep and will identify if there are any issues. You will be provided with details about the following:
Sleep architecture - Discover how deep you slept, how you transitioned through the different stages of sleep, and how much time you spent in Non-REM and REM sleep.
Sleep metrics - Find out how long it took you to fall asleep, how many interruptions you experienced and how efficient your sleep was.
Sleep perception - Learn if you experience symptoms of insomnia and how your perception of your sleep differs from your actual night.
Respiratory - Find out if you snore or if you may be at risk for sleep-disordered breathing. Including Oxygen levels. (complete study)
Heart - Discover more about your heart rate during your study.
Movement - Learn about your body positions and movements during your study and how it may be affecting your sleep.
Contributing Factors - Factors based on your questionnaire answers that may be impacting your sleep.
If your sleep study detects values outside normal ranges, those specific results will be highlighted.
A “Highlighted Report” means that data for that result was outside the normal range of sleep.
If a report reads “Needs Attention”, this means your data is outside the normal range and may indicate a potential health risk. Reports labeled as "Needs Attention" will be those that deal with cardiorespiratory issues such as sleep apnea, heart rate, or oxygen saturation.
